Our network is full-fibre; the fastest, most reliable broadband technology available in the UK.
Unlike other technologies that use copper or part-fibre, full-fibre uses fibre optic cabling all the way into your home. Each property connected to our network gets its own full-fibre line, which means you’re not affected by your neighbours’ usage.
And whilst it’s sometimes hard to know what sort of broadband you have, as of 2024 the rules are changing to make it easier and clearer for everyone. So if it doesn’t say it’s full-fibre, then it’s not full-fibre.
