We’re passionate about bringing the South West out of the digital slow lane, and we often go where other providers refuse. Our aim has always been to connect the region’s most notoriously difficult and hard-to-reach areas to ultrafast broadband, bringing businesses and residents the full-fibre broadband they deserve.
Building a brand new network from the ground up is a momentous task. Having started from humble roots in the heart of the Chew Valley in 2014, we’ve come a long way on our ultrafast journey. Being shortlisted for ‘Best Rural ISP’ and ‘Best Ultrafast ISP’ at the ISPA awards represents how far we’ve come as a business and is something we’re incredibly proud of.
Undeterred by the challenges that come with building a gigabit-capable network, we’re passionate about going above and beyond in order to connect those struggling with poor connectivity. Utilising a plethora of innovative engineering techniques, our specialist teams build as quickly and with the least disruption possible. Ensuring as many people as possible can benefit from full-fibre broadband with guaranteed speed.

Coupled with our community-focused ethos that provides free broadband for life to local schools and village halls, Truespeed is passionate about support communities. We’re thrilled the judges recognised our commitment in being more than just a broadband provider. As a Bath-based business, we’re proudly investing in communities in order to help local businesses and residents thrive.

The company wide effort to bring our ultrafast network to hard to reach rural areas and historical cities such as Wells and Glastonbury is staggering. So being recognised by the ISPA’s for our work is an incredible milestone for the whole team.

Being announced as a finalist at the prestigious awards is a huge accolade for any company. We would like to wish all the companies shortlisted the very best of luck and we look forward to celebrating all the successes at the ceremony in November.
