We’ll be sorry to see you go, but if you’re thinking of leaving us we’ll make everything easy.

To cancel, just call our Customer Care team (option 1) 30 days before you need to cancel your Truespeed service.

When you cancel your Truespeed service during your minimum term, you need to give us 30 days notice unless you are exercising your statutory right to change your mind within 14 days or under our 30 day money back guarantee (see our standard terms for details). You will also be liable to pay an early termination charge. Please read more to see how this works.

Moving home can be both exciting and stressful!

It’s worth checking if the Truespeed network is planned to be or is already in the area you’re moving to before you cancel. So we can check this for you, and help with your move, please get in touch.

If we’re in the area you’re moving to and can get you connected at your new property, the team will support you through that process.

Need to cancel? We require 30 days notice to cancel your service. If you are within your contract, it’s likely you will need to pay early termination fees or exit fees. Please call us when you can so we can give you the lowdown on everything you need to know.

We’re confident you’ll love being a Truespeed customer, which is why we give all our new customers 30 days to experience their new full-fibre connection and change their mind.

Like most providers, when you sign up to Truespeed you commit to a minimum-term contract with us. So after 30 days you can upgrade to faster broadband at any time, but you can’t downgrade to a slower speed.

In our experience, the most likely change customers may need to make is when their Wi-Fi starts being used in different rooms. That’s why our mesh units only have a 30-day contract, meaning you can add and remove them whenever you like.

If you have a phone line with us, you can also add and remove phone add-ons like calling plans and phone features throughout your contract.
